This Week's Shopping Trips
Back from a very successful shopping trip on this ugly rainy Tuesday! I was able to take advantage of Kroger's Daytona 500 sale to purchase some of the more expensive items that I need today, so I am very happy. I also made a run to CVS and Food City this week to pick up some freebies, so here is the breakdown:
Kroger:
Daytona 500 sale buy 10 participating items get 3.00 off instantly at the check out, I did this twice
4 Jars of Ragu 4.61 for all four, on sale 1.49 had 1/.60 off of two coupon and 1/.75 off of two Kroger mailer coupon
2 Country Crock butters 1.58 for both, on sale for 1.69 each had 1/.40 off coupon which they doubled and 1/.50 off Kroger mailer coupon which they doubled
1 Gatorade=FREE plus .31 overage on sale for .69 had 1/.50 off coupon which they doubled
2 Cheetos (1 not pictured I left the bag of Cheetos and Oreo's in the car) 2.38 for both, on sale for 1.69 each had 1/1.00 off of two from a Kroger mailer
3 Purex laundry detergent 4.17 for all three, on sale for 2.19 each had 1/1.00 off coupon from a Kroger mailer and 2/.35 off coupon which they doubled
1 Windex glass cleaner 1.19, on sale 2.19 had 1/1.00 off Kroger mailer coupon
1 Double stuff Oreo=FREE from becoming a fan on FB
1 Kroger salad dressing .25, on sale for .95 had 1/.35 off Kroger mailer coupon which they doubled
1 Hefty garbage bags 3.69, on sale for 4.69 had 1/1.00 off Kroger mailer coupon
2 Betty Crocker fruit roll-ups (I would not normally buy these, they are for basketball snacks) 2.38 for both, on sale for 1.69 each had 1/1.00 off of two coupon from a Kroger mailer
1 Kroger coffee 3.69, on sale for 4.69 had 1/1.00 off Kroger mailer coupon
1 Kroger p-nut butter 1.64 on sale for 2.19 had 1/.55 off Kroger mailer coupon
Non-Daytona sale deals:
2 Carolina pride ham deli meats 1.49 in the reduced meat section
2 Del-Monte Jar fruits .50 for both on sale 2.50 each had 1/B1G1 free coupon from Vocalpoint and I stacked them with 2/1.00 off coupons
1 Fiber one yogurt .49, regular price 2.49 had 1/.50 off coupon is store and 1/1.00 off coupon from Shortcuts
1 Betty Crocker Cookie mix .80 on sale for 2.00 had 1/.40 off coupon which they doubled and 1/.40 off coupon from Shortcuts
Total at Kroger:$43.00
Food City:
Food City Kidz club time again go here to sign up each of your children, they have started giving them out through the Catalina machine now and not mailing them to your home.
2 Baked potatoes=FREE
2 Food Club 4pk pudding cups=FREE
1 Gerber Apple juice=FREE
1 Just for me cake=FREE
4 Boxes of Post Raisin Bran 1.16 each on sale for 1.66 had 2/1.00 off of two coupons from inside the last boxes that I bought
1 All Detergent .99 on sale for 2.99 had 1/2.00 off coupon
Total at Food City: $8.00
CVS:
1 Gillette Fusion Razor=FREE plus earned 4.00 in ECB's
Weigel's milk 2 gallons $5.62 (not pictured, John is getting them today with his gas:)
Total spent this week $57.00 under budget and fully stocked!! I am super excited about the deals this week!
